It’s almost too easy!

I’ve been away for ages since I first started this knitting blog with high hopes for greatness. I do have probably one of the top five most legitemate excuses: I’ve been preparing for my wedding which is on May 5 (in just under 2 weeks). I suppose other legitimate excuses would be illness, death, and having a baby. I can’t think of another one.

So after months and months I’ve resurrected a fun little project. A Fuschia lace scarf from Fiber Trends.

First I frogged the old one, because my guage has changed so much since then. And then yesterday morning I learned how to do cables without a cable needle! Thank you Grumperina!

How satisfying. What a pleasure! Knitting will never be the same! I love this technique! It’s almost too easy.
